Striders are a running club based at Sandilands. We run from the clubhouse on Sundays at 8.30am and Wednesdays at 7.30pm. Off road through the local woods and parks as much as we can on road in the winter. There are usually 4 pace groups on Wednesdays and two or three on Sundays. If you can keep jogging at a very steady pace for 40 minutes you will be fine. If you are a complete beginner we can advise you of beginner’s groups. We also arrange speed training sessions, swimming at Trinity and Yoga during the week.
